Is using a contactless debit card secure?
When you tap or swipe to pay with your contactless debit card, your information stays protected. Each transaction is sent as a unique encrypted code, not your actual card number.
What if I lose my card?
You can lock it instantly in the app, then unlock it when you find your card again. If you think your card has been permanently lost, you can request a new one through Digital Banking.
How can I reset the PIN for my Debit Card?
To reset the PIN on your debit card, call 1.866.985.2273.
Do you offer ATM fee rebates/refunds for ATMs outside of your network?
ATM fee rebates/refunds are available with Kasasa Cash Checking and Kasasa Cash Back Checking.
Can I use my card with Apple Pay/Google Pay?
