Pay a Loan from Another Financial Institution

It’s easy to make a loan payment from another financial institution using Andrews Quick Pay or Express Pay.

  • Mortgage and credit card payments will be posted the next business day
  • The maximum payment amount is $2,500
  • Auto and Home Equity loans must be less than 45 days past due. All other loans must be less than 65 days past due.
  • Contact us if you are ready to pay off your loan
  • Payments and/or transactions completed after 7:00 PM CST will not be processed until the next business day

Why do I need to validate my account before making a payment?

For your security, you must first validate the account you’ll be using to make a payment. This extra step helps protect your personal information and ensures your payment is processed safely. If you’re having trouble validating your account, please enroll or log in to Digital Banking to complete your payment.


When will my payment post?

Payments toward mortgages or credit cards generally post the next business day. Other loan payments may process sooner, depending on timing.

What is the payment limit and frequency?

You may pay up to $2,500 per transaction, and you’re limited to four (4) online loan payments per month.

What types of loans can I pay online?

You may pay most loans online, though credit cards and heavily delinquent loans (e.g. more than 45 days past due) may be restricted.

Are there fees for making a loan payment online?

No — there are no fees for making a loan payment through Andrews Quick Pay.

Who can use Andrews Quick Pay?

Only current Andrews Federal members are eligible to use the Quick Pay option.

Do I have to log in to make a loan payment?

No — non-members can use Andrews Quick Pay to submit a one-time payment without logging in, although account validation is required.
