Take Control of Your Debit and Credit Cards

Notify us of upcoming trips to ensure uninterrupted card use. 

1. Log in to Online Banking or the Mobile App
2. Navigate to Card Services > Card Management
3. Select Travel Notifications and enter your travel details

How to Set Up Alerts:

1. Log in to Online Banking or the Mobile App
2. Go to Card Services > Card Management, and select the card you want to set up alerts for
3. Select Alerts and configure your settings

Quickly update your debit or credit card payment information with online subscriptions, streaming services, and many of your favorite retailers. 

1. Log in to Online Banking or open the Mobile App
2. Go to Card Services in the main menu
3. Select CardSwap to begin and follow the on-screen instructions

Moving balances from a higher rate card to a lower rate option is easy - begin the process online in Digital Banking.  

1. Log in to Online Banking or open the Mobile App.
2. Go to Card Services > Card Management in the main menu.
3. Select Balance Transfer to begin and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you cannot find your card, give yourself extra peace of mind by reporting it lost and locking it instantly. You can also file a fraud report if you believe your card has been used by someone else. 

1. Log in to Online Banking or open the Mobile App.
2. Go to Card Services > Card Management in the main menu.
3. Select Report Lost or Stolen to lock your card and/or order a replacement. 

If you need more available credit to make a purchase, you can request a credit increase. Starting the process online is easy and can be completed through your Digital Banking account. 

1. Log in to Online Banking or open the Mobile App
2. Go to Card Services > Card Management in the main menu
3. Select Request Increase to begin and follow the on-screen instructions
