How long does it take to open a business account?

You can start the process of opening your account online at any time. Select Open an Account, fill out the application and upload required documents. 

Once submitted, a Business Services team member will contact you within two business days with any questions.

What documentation do I need to open a business account? 

The following documents are required to open a business account. 

  • Tax Identification Number (IRS EIN letter- SS-4)
  • Social Security Number
  • Valid Driver’s License or Passport
  • Secondary Identification for signers
  • Certified copy of the Articles of Organization or Operating Agreement
  • Trade Name Registration (for DBA only)
  • Certification and valid photo identification for Beneficial Owners
  • Additional documents may be required based on business type
