  • Debit Cards: 888-918-7836
  • Credit Cards (U.S.): 866-820-5801

Quick action helps prevent unauthorized transactions and keeps your funds safe.

How soon will I receive my replacement card?

Once your lost or stolen card is reported, we’ll cancel the existing card and mail you a new one. Most members receive their replacement within 7–10 business days. Expedited shipping may be available upon request.

Am I responsible for unauthorized charges?

No — you’re protected under Visa’s Zero Liability Policy.* You won’t be held responsible for unauthorized transactions on your card, whether they happen in-store or online.

What if I find my card after I’ve reported it lost?

Once a card has been reported lost or stolen, it’s permanently deactivated for your protection. Please destroy the old card and wait for your new one to arrive.

How can I help prevent card fraud in the future?
  • Do not give your debit or credit card to anyone.
  • Set up real-time alerts in Digital Banking to monitor transactions.
  • Keep your contact information current so we can reach you about suspicious activity.
  • Never share your card number, PIN, or verification codes with anyone.
Can I still access my account while waiting for a new card?

Yes. You can log in to Digital Banking to view balances, make payments, and transfer funds while your new card is on its way.

What if my card is used fraudulently online?

You’re still covered. Visa’s Zero Liability Policy protects you against unauthorized online purchases. Just report the suspicious charge immediately so we can investigate and resolve it quickly. Learn More
