How to use ClickSWITCH
- Sign in first - Log in to Andrews Federal Digital Banking (or open the mobile app) and pick Account Services > Switch Direct Deposit.
- Pick what you’re moving - On the ClickSWITCH home screen choose Switch Direct Deposit or Switch Recurring Payment.
- Enter the details once - Type the name of your employer or biller. ClickSWITCH auto-fills verified companies when it can. Add your Andrews Federal routing and account numbers, then hit Start Switch.
- Repeat for any other deposits or bills - Do the same for each paycheck, utility, subscription, or loan you want to move.
- Track progress in real time - The dashboard shows each switch as Pending, Completed, or Action Required and emails you if something needs your attention.
- Close your old account (optional) - When every switch shows Completed, use the built-in Close Old Account option to tell your former bank you’re done.
