Andrews Federal stands ready to help all those who were impacted by Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton. When times are hard and the unexpected happens, we want members to know they can rely on our financial strength and support.

If you have been impacted by these storms, you may be able to take advantage of one or more of our relief assistance programs, including:

Disaster Relief Loan

If you need some time to get back on your feet, a Disaster Relief loan can help by giving you a loan with a deferred first payment.

  • A Disaster Relief Loan is available for up to $5000
  • Maximum term of 24 Months
  • 90 days until first payment
  • Loan approval will be based on credit worthiness and ability to repay the loan

Skip A Pay Program

Put your funds toward more immediate post-disaster needs when you request to skip a payment.

  • Members can request to skip a payment for Auto Loans, Personal Loans, Boat and RV Loans
  • Skip A Pay does not apply to Credit Cards, Overdraft Lines of Credit, Premier Line of Credit and Cash to Go Loans

Mortgage Loan Assistance

If you need help with meeting mortgage obligations during the aftermath of the hurricane, our team can support you by providing customized guidance for your situation.

  • Assistance may be available for members who have a first or second mortgage
  • Assistance will be based on current loan status

Our team at Andrews Federal is here to help you as you rebuild and restore following this natural disaster. We encourage you to reach out to us for assistance and guidance.
