Andrews Federal brings you SmartConnect online banking! It’s easy, secure, and completely free to Andrews Federal Credit Union members. With SmartConnect, you can:
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Pay your bills automatically
  • Monitor account activity
  • Review account balances
  • Integrate personal financial management program such as and Quicken®
Below are the steps to enroll for both new and returning users.

New Users:  Andrews Federal Credit Union members who have either never enrolled in Andrews Federal online banking or members who have enrolled, but have not logged into Andrews Federal online banking system at least once between May 1, 2013 – August 30, 2013. (Enrollment must be completed on the same computer.)
  1. Go to the home page and enter your 9-digit member number in the ACCESS ID box
  2. At the login screen, click on “Not a user? Click here to apply”
  3. Read the disclosure. If you agree, click “I Agree”
  4. Enter your verification information:
    • Social Security Number
    • Account Number
    • Email address on file
  1. Enter your personal information:
    • Name
    • Address
    • Date of Birth (mm/dd/yyyy)
  1. Verify your email address and follow the remaining steps
