Andrews Federal Credit Union announces it has hired Marco Alvarez as the Senior Vice President of Branch Operations. Marco will oversee all U.S. branch operations and retail staff, including ten branch locations.
Marco is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in the credit union industry. He is well versed in mentoring, motivating, and building strong leadership teams. Marco joins us from Apple Federal Credit Union, where he most recently served as Associate Vice President of Branch Strategy. There he was responsible for managing the daily operations of 60+ frontline employees and built a substantial sales and service culture. He is a graduate of Ashford University with a BA in Psychology and holds an M.A. in Psychology/Organizational Leadership from the University of the Rockies.
