Vishing Alert

Several Andrews Federal members have received fraudulent automated phone calls stating that their credit/debit cards have been suspended. The fraudulent recording asks the member to enter their 16 digit card number to reactivate their card.

Andrews Federal Credit Union DOES NOT contact members using automated recordings. If you receive a recorded message stating your credit/debit card has been suspended, DO NOT respond to it. If you have questions about your credit/debit card, please contact us immediately at 800.487.5500 (US) or 00.800.487.56267 (Outside U.S.).

As a reminder, never provide personal information such as social security numbers and accounts numbers via the phone when someone else has initiated the call. Read more about identity theft.
