Automated Phone Service Instructions
Getting Started The first time you dial the Automated Phone Service number, you will be prompted to enter your social security number. This is the primary account holder’s social security number.
Once you input the social security number, you will then be asked to select a Telephone Access Code. This code should be between 4 and 10 digits long and cannot begin with a “0” (zero). After the Telephone Access Code has been selected, follow the prompts to transfer funds, obtain account balance information and more.

Tips for Using the Service

| Tip 1: |
To access your savings accounts, loans or certificates, you must enter the appropriate alpha character:
Savings – S (7 on your phone keypad) Loans - L (5 on your phone keypad) Certificates – I (4 on your phone keypad)
Followed by the specific account type that identifies your account:
For example: To access your Base Savings Account (S1), enter 71 To access your Regular Checking Account (S5), enter 75 To access your Overdraft Line of Credit (L29), enter 529 |
| Tip 2: |
To hear a listing of all your available account types, enter 110, then the # sign. |
| Tip 3: |
To input dollar amounts, enter dollars and cents without the decimal point. For example $30.29 should be entered as 3029. A # sign should be entered after the number has been input. |
| Tip 4: |
If you know the option you would like to select, you may enter the number on your telephone keypad without waiting for the next voice prompt. |
| Tip 5: |
To return to the previous option or end a call, press * (star). |
